Effective, 10/1/22, credit and debit cards require an additional 3% fee. We offer alternative payment methods of cash or check to avoid any fees.

We charge a $45 cancellation fee within 24 hrs of the job start. The fee can be avoided with a reschedule within 14 days.

FAQ and Steps to prepare for technicians arrival:
Air Duct/Dryer Vent Line Cleaning
Here is an FAQ of how to prepare for your Air Duct/Dryer Vent Line Cleaning prior to the technicians arrival:
  • Please have all furniture or items moved away from vent openings (i.e all furniture to be moved completely away from vents to allow techs access to each opening with their bodies, hoses & ladders as needed)
  • It would be good to cover your bed, or electronics, with an old sheet to protect from any falling dust when they remove your duct covers.
  • The technicians will be working (opening by opening) throughout your entire home. This includes removing each cover. If they encounter covers that are painted over, understand they may need to use a razor to score the paint & remove the cover.
  • Your technicians will reinstall all vent covers (exceptions will be: stripped out screw holes, drywall issues, or any issue that prevent us from replacing the cover back securely). The technicians can advise if they find this issue, but cannot be responsible to reinstall a vent cover that would not be properly secured.
  • There is usually minimal clean up after completion of the air duct cleaning process – just a small dusting should be enough.
  • Your technicians will be working from the exterior vent cap for your dryer line cleaning – our hoses reach 30 feet. If that is not sufficient for your line, the technician may ask about moving your dryer away from the wall and finishing that line from the interior of the home. (Be Amazed cannot be responsible for any loose or unsecured dryer vent line caps or portions of the ducting – if the technicians find this to be the case, they will advise you and only clean if they can safely clean without causing further damage)
  • We care about your fur babies! During our visit – please have your pets secured in a kennel, outdoors, or somewhere away from the technicians and their equipment.
  • Being able to park nearest the entry we are using is very important as well, so please if you would leave the spot in the driveway closest to the door open for our van to be parked during the service.

Carpet Cleaning
  • Please vacuum the carpets very well.
  • If you are moving the furniture for the cleaning please have help with you at the time of service or have everything moved beforehand.
  • If you do not want furniture moved please have smaller items placed on top of larger items to open up as much floor space as possible, we will clean around any larger furniture left in the space.
  • It is okay to walk on the carpets when we are finished it will be slightly damp but we will leave shoe covers for you to use if you would like. Total dry time will be 4 to 6 hours.
  • It does help to have fans in the rooms that are cleaned just to speed up dry time.
  • If you have moved furniture and plan on moving it back into the space before dry time is completed please be aware that you will need to place foam blocks or sliding tabs under the legs of the furniture.

Housekeeping
  • Please make sure that your entry method has been established. If we will be using garage code, lock box, or if you plan to meet for entry.
  • Please be sure that your fur babies are safely put up in a crate, in a room where we will not work or just outside during your cleaning.
  • Please have all products you want the cleaners to use available to them when they arrive.
  • Please have floors and counters cleared of items that would prevent the cleaners from being able to clean lateral surfaces.
