1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website or booking any service provided by Be Amazed Cleaning Services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Furniture & Upholstery Cleaning
  • Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning
  • Carpet Repair, Stretching & Installation
  • Housekeeping Services
  • Janitorial Services
  • Area Rug Cleaning

Service details and pricing are defined in your service confirmation or estimate.

3. Booking & Confirmation

3.1 Booking

Bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or through an authorized representative.

3.2 Confirmation

We will confirm the appointment, service scope, and pricing in writing via email or text.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and satisfactory service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and correct contact and service location information.
  • Make the site accessible at the scheduled time.
  • Notify us of any pets, hazards, or special instructions.
  • Secure valuables and personal items prior to our arrival.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Estimates & Quotes: Provided before service based on scope and conditions.
  • Payment: Due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, cash, check, or alternative methods as agreed.
  • Processing Fees: A 3% processing fee may apply to credit/debit payments.

6. Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours before scheduled service.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show: Clients not present at the scheduled time without notice may be charged the full service price.

7. Satisfaction & Service Issues

We aim to deliver quality work. If you are dissatisfied with any service, contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can review and address concerns.

8. Liability Limitations

  • We are insured for covered services; however, damage must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Liability is limited to direct, documented property damage caused by our staff.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, incidental damage not directly caused by our services, or unrelated structural issues.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

Your information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to collection and use of your data as described there.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on beamazedclean.com is owned by Be Amazed Cleaning Services and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kansas.
