Challenges you encountered and how your team solved them

This office offers Chiropractic care as well as massage services and sometimes that can mean oil/lotion on the floor- but we pre-spray all carpets, this helps break down the dirt and oils in the carpet, so they come out easier. We were also a little short handed as our other vans were helping another customer with an extensive water leak, but one of the girls from the office jumped in to help out!
